About Claudio
Claudio Keller is a Certified Multi-Style Yoga Instructor and Graduate Student in International Management from the International University of Monaco. During the second half of the year, Claudio generally travels various parts of world, exploring new continents and cultures and expanding his knowledge on yoga and meditation, whilst working as a yoga teacher at high-end hotels and spas.
After having conducted his official yoga teacher training in Goa, India in 2018, Claudio has been teaching yoga whilst traveling through different parts of the world including working with hotels in India, Peru and Colombia as well as teaching daily yoga classes at his winter residence in Altos, Paraguay under the tag of Revolve Yoga Studio & Retreat Center.
Claudio is comfortable teaching to all types of customers on all levels, adapting each session to the clients or groups needs. He is well experienced teaching a variety of styles including Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Pranayama as well as Guided Meditation and Concentration Practices. In addition, he offers tailored classes to Kids, Corporates and Athletes, as well as Aqua Yoga on request. Claudio may teach in English, as well as German and Spanish. He is working on adding to his French language skills in order to soon be able to teach in French as well.
We would like to point out Claudio’s deep understanding of yoga as a science-based lifestyle which encompasses all aspects of living from diet and exercise to the way one treats others including animals and nature. During his classes, he focuses strongly on the philosophical aspect of yoga, as well as the correct application of posture, breath and gaze all throughout each practice. We would like to expressively differentiate Claudio from many other yoga teachers, who merely teach a set of gymnastic exercises, and do not pay enough attention to the vital subjects of breathing and concentration.
Claudio’s native language is German. In addition, he speaks English and Spanish fluently. His French is decent, and he has had an introductory semester in Italian.
